Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders $99
You will receive your order anywhere from 5-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Hair accessories, hats, earrings, and shape wear cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
U.S. Hassle-Free Returns
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $7.50, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Michigan.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments online. In store we accept personal checks, in addition to the above. Note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
